Unable to get LaunchControl XL to work with OsciStudio

I’ve tried the Arturia BeatStepPro and Novation LaunchControlXL but neither seem to be detected using the ‘m’ method of midi mapping, they just don’t respond to any of the controllers, are there any guides, or log messages to say detected midi controller, what If I also have them both connected, how would it know which one to use, if this works ? I’m not sure, first time to use it.

did you select the midi device on the start screen of oscistudio?
at the moment you can only use one input device at the same time.

just to let you know: there is a midi mapping bug but it seems unrelated to your problem. it is already fixed and will be in the next release: Midi mapping problem
