Create sound from 3D scans

I am looking at oscistudio as a tool to create sounds from meshes (OBJ) captured from my 3D scanning app. These meshes are super large and messy so I thought to ask on the forum before I purchased.

Can Oscistudio do this, or do the 3d models need to be continuous/watertight?

oscistudio doesn’t really care about watertightness…

in general: the simpler your mesh, the better it will sound :slight_smile:
(tools like blender, meshlab, etc. are your friend)
