Hi there, I picked up OsciStudio last year and love what it can do …it works fine on my main laptop but I tried to installing it onto a new tablet (HP Pro X2 612 G2 Tablet Intel Pentium 4GB RAM 128GB SSD Windows 11 Pro) as I’m working on a portable setup for outdoor installations, first test with the tablet and LaserShowGen here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DbHDoOHoQTz/ 
…I’ve installed OsciStudio but when I go to launch the app nothing happens… I think I need it to be this version as I’m connecting the tablet to my laser via a Helios DAC. Any ideas on how to fix? I did try running it via powershell (as admin) too but no luck. Could it be that the tablet specs are too low? What’s the min requirement? But then again, I got this tablet specifically - if it drops in the canal or gets nicked I won’t be so upset!
An alt fix… and something that I was looking into anyways / have been trying to do for a while… is to save OsciStudio outputs as .ild files (which I can then load and play via LaserShowGen outdoors) as it would be great to have recorded shows (I know we can save the .wav files which is fab!)… is exporting to .ild anywhere on your to-do list?
(side note) I’ve also tried recording a .mp4 via OBS and that works okay but the resolution ain’t cutting it for the VR360 tests I was working on… too be fair, that was a tall order:P
If not, is there a recommended workaround?
I did test mp4 to svg to .ild… but results weren’t great… there’s this software called CloudLase which has an experimental virtual DAC recording feature but I haven’t been able to get that to work, I asked for an assist on their discord and they’ve just replied (like 2mins ago :)) with the following: likely the osci studio uses stream mode not frame based mode, so there is no real way to distinguish frame boundaries unfortunately. Do you know if osci studio does a trial version? I can take a look.
