Unable to record midi

Hi everyone, new to Oscistudio. My friend let me borrow their midi controller. I have it connected, but im not sure how to record the notes im playing. Thanks in advance

hey!

oscistudio can’t record midi notes directly. you can record the notes in any other program, save the midi file and then

  1. right click on the frequency of any group and select “add midi track”
  2. move over to the timeline and find the newly created track
  3. drag&drop the file from windows explorer/finder onto the track in oscistudio
