Z Clip and Z Strength

Hi All, can anyone please tell me what the ZClip and X Clip Strength actually do? It seems they are some sort of analogue to digital wave filter? Thanks in advance …

I think it’s trying to filter out distant objects/verts.

Try it on a rotating cube, and you can see that the distant edges start to vanish when you tweak the strength.

So, on simple objects, it’s sort of a coarse approach to obscuring back-faces, etc.

I find that it’s so abusive to the sound pitch that it’s pretty hard to use.
